The Disempowerment of Women in the Arts

We aim to foster the sharing of diverse ideas and viewpoints, ensuring everyone's voice is heard. These one-hour dialogues will be mediated with the following rules of engagement:

• Allow Space and Time: We allow others the space and time to speak without interruption.
• No Speaking Over Others: We refrain from speaking over each other.
• Respect Individual Rights: We respect the rights of all individuals.
• Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Racist, homophobic, xenophobic, misogynistic, and misandrist comments will not be tolerated.
• No Ad Hominem Attacks: Personal attacks are not permitted.
• Embrace Differing Opinions: While we may hold differing opinions, we do so in the spirit of allowing all viewpoints to be heard and considered.
• Mutual Consideration: Discussions are conducted with mutual consideration and understanding in mind.
• Moderated Reflection: If discussions become overly heated, the moderator will intervene, calling for a pause to allow for reflection.
• No Phones or Recording: To ensure an open and nuanced discussion, we respect everyone's right to privacy. Please refrain from using phones or recording devices during the talks
